At Truesnap, we are committed to delivering quality products and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Warranty
- All Truesnap Portable Blenders are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects.
- The product must be registered within 30 days of purchase to qualify for warranty service.
- Please retain your invoice/order confirmation for warranty verification.
Exchange Policy
An exchange may be provided for products received damaged, defective, broken, or with missing parts.
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.
- Please provide your Order ID, invoice, photos, and video showing the issue.
How It Works — 4 Simple Steps
- Raise a Request: Email care@truesnap.in with photos of the defect and your invoice.
- Ship the Product: Send the product back to us for quality verification.
- Inspection — 4–5 Days: Our quality team will assess and verify the reported issue.
- Resolution — 10–12 Working Days: Once approved, a replacement or renewed product will be dispatched.
Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days following inspection.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:

- Gift Cards
- Custom or personalized orders
